Office Manager and VA Coordinator
Kimberly serves as the VA Coordinator at Piedmont Dental, where she plays a vital role in bridging care between the practice and veteran patients. Since joining the team in 2019 she has steadily grown into a leadership position, now heading the VA team with a strong focus on coordination, treatment planning, and administrative efficiency.
With a deep understanding of the complexities involved in veteran dental care, Kimberly is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to bring structure to even the busiest environments. One of her proudest achievements has been her success in building stronger communication pathways between Piedmont Dental and the VA dental clinic.
Outside of the office, Kimberly is a proud racetrack mom and enjoys peaceful moments gardening with her daughter. She balances her busy life with humor, hustle and genuine care for her team, her patients, and her family.
Elizabeth
Assistant Manager
Elizabeth is the friendly voice and smiling face that helps keep our office running smoothly. As our Patient Care Coordinator and Assistant Manager, she’s dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for every patient—from the first phone call to the final follow-up.
Driven and detail-oriented, Elizabeth is always looking for ways to grow professionally and support the continued success of the practice. Her commitment to excellence and passion for helping others make her an essential part of the team.
Outside the office, Elizabeth enjoys getting her hands dirty working on trucks and painting vehicles—a unique hobby that showcases both her creativity and can-do attitude.

Patient Care Coordinator
Cloey is the friendly face that greets patients when they walk through the door. As part of the administrative team, she brings warmth, efficiency, and a genuine smile to every interaction. She takes pride in creating a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out whether she’s answering patient questions, easing nerves, or keeping the daily schedule running smoothly.
Outside the office, Cloey enjoys trying out new recipes, staying active in the gym, and focusing on her overall wellness. She also loves spending time with family and never turns down a good shopping trip.

Dental Assistant II
Nicole is a skilled dental assistant with over three years of experience in patient care and chairside support. Known for her outgoing personality and calming presence, she has a natural talent for making even the most nervous patients feel at ease. Nicole particularly enjoys assisting with extraction cases and finds great joy in helping patients regain their confidence through a healthy, happy smile.
Outside the dental office, Nicole is a proud mom of two boys and cherishes quality time with her family. Whether it’s a trip to the beach or a getaway to the mountains, she loves being outdoors. A creative spirit, Nicole also enjoys crafting when she has the time.

Lilly is a dedicated Dental Assistant II and a proud graduate of the Wilkes Community College Dental Assisting program. Known for her compassionate approach and calming presence, Lilly finds the greatest joy in helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. She takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient, ensuring they feel cared for and at ease in the chair.
Outside of the dental office, Lilly enjoys spending quality time with her family and her beloved dogs. Her warm personality and genuine love for helping others make her a valued team member.

Dental Assistant I
Kendall is a Dental Assistant and a graduate of Lakeside Dental Assisting School. She is passionate about helping patients feel better about their smiles and takes pride in educating them on proper dental hygiene. With a caring and approachable nature, Kendall works hard to make every visit a positive and comfortable experience.
Outside of work, Kendall enjoys watching her favorite TV shows, cheering on her team at baseball games, and spending quality time with her family and boyfriend.

Dental Hygienist
With 25 years of experience in the dental field, Laura brings both passion and precision to every patient interaction. A graduate with honors from the Medical College of Georgia in 2000, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and has built her career on a strong foundation of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Laura is deeply passionate about dentistry and is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Known for her gently approach, thorough care, and dedication to continuing education, she strives to make each visit a positive and informative experience
